Bridge of Hope
Bridge of Hope is a Canada based charity that operates through the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Edmonton collecting funds throughout Canada for the needs of the underprivileged children in Ukraine.
Bridge of Hope works directly with the Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate in Ukraine, who supervise and coordinate the needs of children. Many children in Ukraine live in poverty, suffering from malnutrition, inadequate medical care and housing, and have little or no education. Bridge of Hope and the Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate, help these children develop life skills that will ensure that they can build a successful future for themselves. This involves mental, physical and emotional health. The Sisters also work together with families in teaching the children Catechism and preparing them for their First Holy Communion. Many of the children often hear about God for the first time.
With your help the Sisters are able to reach out to the most needy and neglected.
