From the chapel at Casa Santa Marta where he has been residing, Pope Francis offers the morning Eucharistic Liturgy on May 14th for an end to the global pandemic. Ten days ago he asked everyone to join the global call for a day of prayer, fasting and charitable activity - to implore the Lord for "an end to the coronavirus pandemic". The Holy Father led the way by celebrating the Divine Liturgy with the small community that was able to join him, but also broadcasting the Mass for people of good will that could join in via various live-streaming platforms.
