WINNIPEG DEANERY PRAYER SCHEDULE FOR RECOVERY OF METROPOLITAN LAWRENCE

Following the recent diagnosis and hospitalization of Metropolitan Lawrence due to COVID-19, the faithful and clergy within the Winnipeg Deanery is joining in prayer for his health and recovery. The clergy in the area have organized a series of Divine Liturgies, inviting the parishioners to participate in these sacred gatherings.
Metropolitan Lawrence, has served his community with deep devotion, and his illness has inspired an outpouring of prayers and spiritual support. In response to this, the pastors in the Winnipeg deanery are offering special Divine Liturgies focused on prayers for gift of healing.
Schedule of Divine Liturgies:

Friday, October 18, 2024, at St. Nicholas Parish
Address: 737 Bannerman Avenue, Winnipeg
The evening will commence with the Rosary at 6:30 PM, followed by a Bilingual Divine Liturgy at 7:00 PM. This liturgy will offer prayers for good health, healing, and a swift recovery for Metropolitan Lawrence. -
Friday, October 25, 2024, at Holy Eucharist Parish
Address: 460 Munroe Avenue, Winnipeg
Similarly, the evening will begin with the Rosary at 6:30 PM, with a Bilingual Divine Liturgy to follow at 7:00 PM. Parishioners will again gather to invoke God's grace for the Metropolitan's recovery.
The public is encouraged to attend these services and take part in praying for Metropolitan Lawrence Huculak. His role in guiding the Church has been significant, and the hope is that through the prayers and Divine Liturgies, he will experience a full and speedy recovery.
