REDEMPTORIST PROVINCIAL EXPRESSES SUPPORT AND SOLIDARITY WITH UKRAINIAN PEOPLE
Former Provincial Superior of the Ukrainian 'Yorkton' Province of the Redemptorist Fathers in Canada, Fr. Larry Kondra, CSsR, shares a statement from the Canadian Provincial Superior expressing the solidarity of their Congregation with the Ukrainian people at this time of crisis and hardship.

The Redemptorists of the Province of Canada stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine, and our Redemptorist brothers serving the Catholic faithful during this time of political turmoil. We pray for peace and the preservation of democracy in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian people have helped build and shape Canada for almost 130 years. Our religious province in Canada and our Congregation is blessed with close ties with the Ukrainian Catholic Church and the people of Ukraine.
May the Lord inspire the leaders of Canada, Ukraine, Russia, and the many countries affected and involved in many ways in this war, to resolve differences, and find other ways than war to solve our problems.
May God protect and bless the people of Ukraine.

Редемптористи Канадійської Провінції стоять у солідарності з народом України та нашими співбратами редемптористами які послуговують католицьким вірним в цьому не легкому політичному часі. Ми молимося за мир та збереження демократії в Україні.
Український нарід допоміг і надалі допомагає будувати та формувати Канаду вже понад 130 років. Наша провінція в Канаді як і ціле наше наше Згромадження пишаються тісними зв'язками з Українською [Греко] Католицькою Церквою на українцями.
Нехай Господь надихне ур'яди Канади, України, Росії та багатьох інших країн постраждалих та залучених багатьма способами в цій війні до вирішення розбіжностей, та знайдення інших шляхів, щоб не війною вирішити наші проблеми.
Нехай Господь охороняє та благословить українців.
