Fr. John Lehky Falls Asleep in the Lord

Winnipeg, 5 January 2004

On January 4, 2004, Right Reverend John Lehky fell asleep in the Lord at the Personal Care Home, Rossburn, at the venerable age of ninety years old.

Father Lehky served in Our Lord’s vineyard as a priest for sixty-five years, mostly as Pastor of Rossburn and District Parishes.

Funeral services will be celebrated at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, Rossburn, as follows:

Priestly Parastas, 7:00 pm, Monday, January 12
Divine Liturgy, 10:00 am, Tuesday, January 13
