UNIVERSITY VICE-RECTOR SHARES PASKA BAKING TUTORIAL FROM COVID-19 HOME ISOLATION

Natalia Klymovska, Vice Rector for Development and Communications at the Ukrainian Catholic University, shared a brief tutorial video on Paska making from her home where she is in Covid-19 isolation with her family (who also get supporting roles at the end).

At the same time, she offers a fun example of what we can do with our time as we spend a lot of it fixed in one place... i.e. make a video that can be posted online and shared with many people. Brief video clips are being developed and made by various individuals and groups and parishes throughout the Ukrainian Catholic Church. If you have seen some that you like, be sure and pass them on to your family, relatives and friends. Staff members of the Ukrainian Catholic University are posting various homemade, but interesting and artistic videos on culture, spirituality, theology and more under one of the University's YouTube channels #Великдень_з_УКУ [HERE]. We will post more shortly...

Judging from the video that's.... a lot of Paska! But, hey, it could be a longer quarantine that we presently imagine. So stocking your freezer would be a wise move in any case...
