BRANDON PARISH ACTIVITIES AS 2016 COMES TO A CLOSE
DECEMBER 2016 ACTIVITIES AT BRANDON PARISH
On December 4, 2016, The Brandon Branch of the Ukrainian Catholic Women’s 
League of Canada held their Christmas party. In attendance were not only the members, but their husbands. The branch President, Mrs. Shirley Shwaluk, catered a beautiful meal. It was an evening of fellowship and Kolyady – Ukrainian Christmas carols – with excellent musical accompaniment. A highlight of the evening was an unexpected surprise visit from St. Nicholas himself!

A highlight of the evening was an unexpected surprise visit from St. Nicholas himself!Also on December 20th, at lunch hour – noon to 1:00 PM, the Parish Priest of St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Parish, Fr. Michael Tkachuk, participated in the effort at the Brandon Soup Kitchen.
